- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records - Assist in order entry and processing - Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned - Provide administrative support to Environmental Heath and Planning and Zoning departments as needed - Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Perform proofreading tasks for accuracy Requirements:
